Workshops and Nutrition Talks

Do calories count? Does eating carbohydrates make me fat?

I’m training for an Ironman—what’s the best thing to eat the night before?

I’m so confused—just tell me what to eat!

I provide informative and interactive workshops and talks to groups of all sizes. These presentations are tailored to your audience. Like 500-plus high-school girls in a school gymnasium! Or a group of hot and sweaty marathoners following a Saturday long-run.

Lots of practical information, lots of laughs, lots of fun. Who says good nutrition is boring?

My areas of expertise include: sports & fitness nutrition, girls/women’s health and nutrition issues, weight management through a non-dieting approach (Health at Every Size), empowered (intuitive) eating, the Female Athlete Triad, preventing and treating compulsive exercise, disordered eating and eating disorders, and current topics in nutrition
